Postgraduate calendar

APRIL 09 – Deadline for cancellation of enrollment in courses of the first semester of 2018, with authorization by the advisor and the coordinating committee.  09 –  Deadline for suspension of enrollment in the first semester of 2018, regardless of the signature of the faculty, with authorization by the advisor and coordinating committee. 09 – Deadline for students who did not enroll in the first semester of 2018 to request the School Registration Service a special leave, with authorization by the advisor and coordinating committee. 20 – Deadline for forwarding to the Board of Research and Graduate Studies the requests for changes in the grades and concepts of the second semester of 2017, in accordance with CEPE Resolution 05/94  21 – Holiday (Tiradentes).

MAY 1– Holiday (Labor’s Day). 07 – Deadline for suspension of enrollment in the first 2018 academic school term, depending on proof that the requirements of the courses taken were satisfied, mainly the minimum attendance, by means of statement provided by the professors in charge, with the consent of the advisor and the coordinating committee. 07 – Deadline for submitting to the coordination of graduate programs the requests for the extension of deadline for the completion of the program.18 – Deadline for the coordinations to submit to the Board of Research and Graduate Studies the requests for extension of term for completion of the program. 31 – Period for the submission to the departments of applications for enrollment in disciplines, as a non-regular student, for the second 2018 school term. Applications for enrollment in subjects as a regular student may occur at any time. Holiday (Corpus Christi).

JUNE from 01 to 22 – Period for the submission in the departments of applications for enrollment in disciplines, as a non-regular student, for the second semester of 2018. Applications for enrollment in courses as regular students may occur at any time.18 – First day for requesting enrollment, via SAPIENS, for the second semester of 2018, according to the study plans already defined. 22 – Deadline for communicating to applicants  the result of the applications for registration for the second semester of 2018, via Sistema de Inscrição (Application System).  29 – Deadline for requesting enrollment, via SAPIENS, for the second semester of 2018, according to the study plans already defined. 29 – Deadline for the approval of the study plans, in the Academic Control System – ACADEMICOPG, by the Research and Graduate Studies Office, for the purpose of enrollment in the second semester of 2018. 29 – Deadline for the Institutes to present to the Registrar’s Service, the definitive list of courses that will be offered in the second semester of 2018, according to the proposed class schedule published on the website of the Registrar’s Board

JULY 02 – Deadline for the Institutes to submit the applications for enrollment in courses as non-regular student, upon approval by the coordinators of the courses, to the Research and Graduate Board for the second semester of 2018 06 – Deadline for the Board of Research and Graduate Studies to submit, to the Registrar’s Service, the processes of the candidates approved to enroll in courses as non-regular students, for the second semester of 2018 06 –  11 – Deadline for the Board of Research and Graduate Studies to disclose, at http://dpg.crp.ufv.br/, the results of applications for enrollment in courses as non-regular students, upon approval by the coordinators of the courses, for the second semester of 2018. 16 – Deadline for faculty to disclose on SAPIENS platform the grades/concepts  for the first semester of 2018. 23 – Deadline for faculty to disclose grades and concepts for the first semester of 2018 on SAPIENS. 25 – Disclosure, by the Registrar’s Board, of the list of students enrolled in the second semester of 2018, via SAPIENS. 26 – Deadline for the presentation of international graduate students to the Interinstitutional and International Relations Board (DRI), who should present their passports, RNE or protocol, to obtain the statement of enrollment for the second semester of 2018. 26 – Beginning of the period of enrollment modifications, by students, via SAPIENS.
